When you connect third-party services: Zoom Integration: • We collect: Zoom user ID, email, account type • We store: OAuth tokens (encrypted), meeting details • Purpose: Create and manage video meetings • Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 Google Integration: • We collect: Google user ID, email • We store: OAuth tokens (encrypted), calendar events • Purpose: Create Google Meet meetings GitHub Integration: • We collect: Repository information, issues • Purpose: Sync development issues with projects

We use your information to: • Provide, maintain, and improve our services • Process transactions and send related information • Send technical notices and support messages • Respond to your comments and questions • Create video meetings on your behalf • Access recordings you've authorized (Zoom Pro users)

• Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS • All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) • All data transmission uses TLS 1.2 or higher • Row Level Security ensures data isolation between users • OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed to clients

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: • Service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Mailgun) • Payment providers (Payletter, PayPal) • Third-party integrations you authorize (Zoom, Google, GitHub) • Law enforcement when required by law

• Account data: Retained while account is active • Third-party tokens: Deleted when integration is disconnected • Meeting data: Retained until you delete it or close your account • Logs: Retained for 90 days for security purposes

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Our service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
