By accessing or using Clienwork ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Clienwork is a client communication and project management platform that enables businesses to manage client relationships, projects, and communications. The Service includes: • Workspace and project management • Client portal for collaboration • Video meeting integration (Zoom, Google Meet) • File sharing and messaging • GitHub integration for development teams • Subscription-based premium features

To use the Service, you must: • Create an account with accurate information • Be at least 16 years old • Keep your login credentials secure • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You are responsible for all activities under your account.

• Free tier: Limited features available at no cost • Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually through our payment providers • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime; access continues until period ends • Refunds: Handled according to our refund policy • Price changes: We will notify you 30 days in advance

You agree not to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Upload malicious content or malware • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use the Service for spam or harassment • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission • Interfere with the Service or other users

The Service integrates with third-party services (Zoom, Google, GitHub). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or functionality.

• Clienwork owns all rights to the Service, including software, design, and branding • You retain ownership of your content uploaded to the Service • You grant us a license to host and display your content as needed to provide the Service • Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without compensation

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

You agree to indemnify and hold Clienwork harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

• You may terminate your account at any time • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately • Data may be deleted after account termination

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
