Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for Clienwork subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment providers.

2. Free trials

If a plan includes a free trial, you can cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid being charged.

3. Subscription refunds

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the initial charge, provided the service has not been materially used. For renewals, refunds are generally not provided after the billing period has started.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at master@clienwork.com with: • Your account email • Invoice/transaction details (if available) • Reason for the request We may ask for additional information to locate the transaction with our payment providers.

6. Processing time

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method via the original payment provider. Processing time depends on the payment method and may take several business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is fraudulent or incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue.
