Quickstart
Get your workspace running in under 5 minutes.
1. Create a Workspace
After signing up, create your first workspace. Choose a name and subdomain that represents your team or agency.

2. Create a Project
Projects group related requests. Create one for each client or initiative.
- Go to Projects in the sidebar
- Click New Project
- Enter a name and optional description
- Configure statuses (or use defaults)
3. Add Your First Request
Requests are the starting point of all work.
- Navigate to Requests
- Click New Request (or use Quick Add)
- Fill in the title and description
- Optionally set a due date (and recurring schedule)
- Assign to a team member (optional)
4. Break Into Work Items
Large requests can be broken into smaller work items.
- Open a request
- Click Add Work Item
- Create sub-tasks with their own status and assignee
5. Invite a Client
Share progress with your clients through the portal.
- Go to Settings → Clients
- Click Invite Client
- Send the invitation link
- Clients see only their assigned projects
