GitHub Integration

Connect a GitHub repository to link issues with clienwork.

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → GitHub
  2. Connect your GitHub account
  3. Authorize the clienwork GitHub App
  4. Select repositories to connect

Features

Link Issues

  • Create or link GitHub issues from clienwork (when a repository is connected)
  • Open linked issues directly in GitHub

Repository Context

  • When a repository is connected, clienwork surfaces GitHub context on issue views

Branch Links

  • Link branches to issues
  • Track development progress

Creating / Linking GitHub Issues

From any issue in clienwork:

  1. Click ⋮ menu
  2. Choose Link to GitHub
  3. If prompted, pick the repository
  4. The issue is linked and you can open it in GitHub

Configuration

Per-project settings:

  • Default repository
  • Repository connection
