Client Permissions

Control what clients can see and do.

Permission Levels

View Only

  • See request status
  • Read public comments
  • Cannot create or modify

Submit Requests

  • All View Only permissions
  • Create new requests
  • Add attachments

Full Access (default)

  • All Submit permissions
  • Add comments
  • Update request details

Project-Level Settings

Each project controls:

What Clients Cannot See

Always hidden from clients:

  • Internal comments (marked private)
  • Issues and GitHub links

  • Other clients' requests
  • Billing and settings
