Team Management

Manage your workspace members.

Roles

Owner

  • Full workspace access
  • Manage billing
  • Delete workspace
  • One owner per workspace

Admin

  • Manage team members
  • Configure integrations
  • Create projects
  • Invite clients

Member

  • Create requests/issues
  • Manage assigned work
  • View all projects
  • Cannot change settings

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter email address
  4. Select role
  5. Send invitation

Managing Members

Change Role

  1. Find member in list
  2. Click role dropdown
  3. Select new role

Remove Member

  1. Click ⋮ menu
  2. Select Remove
  3. Confirm removal

Transfer Ownership

  1. Settings → Team → Owner
  2. Select new owner
  3. Confirm transfer

Team Limits
