Inviting Clients

Add clients to your workspace and projects.

Sending Invitations

1. Go to Settings → Clients
2. Click Invite Client
3. Enter email address
4. Select projects to grant access
5. Send invitation

Invitation Email

Clients receive an email with:

• Welcome message
• Magic link to sign in
• Quick start guide

Client Onboarding

When clients first log in:

1. Set their display name
2. View assigned projects
3. Start submitting requests

Managing Client Access

Adding to Projects

1. Open Project Settings
2. Go to Client Access
3. Add existing clients

Removing Access

• Remove from specific projects
• Or deactivate entirely

Client Limits

Your plan determines client limits:

Bulk Invitations

For many clients:

1. Prepare a CSV file
2. Go to Settings → Import
3. Upload and map fields
4. Send invitations in batch
