Slack Integration

Get notifications and manage work from Slack.

Setup

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack
2. Click Connect Slack
3. Authorize in your Slack workspace
4. Configure notification channels

Notifications

Team Channels

• New request created
• Status changes
• Mentions and assignments

Direct Messages

• Assigned to you
• Comments on your items
• Deadline reminders

Slash Commands

/clienwork request "Title" --project acme
/clienwork status REQ-123
/clienwork assign REQ-123 @john
/clienwork list --mine

Interactive Messages

Notifications include action buttons:

• View — Open in clienwork
• Assign — Quick assign
• Status — Change status
• Comment — Add reply

Channel Mapping

Route notifications to specific channels:
